HOW BOOKING WORKS
Boarding is limited to 15 nights per month. Requests are considered two months in advance.

Submit your requested dates between the 1st and 5th of the month.

Requests are reviewed for availability and overall fit. You’ll receive confirmation on the 7th.
REVIEW

Approved dates require a 50% booking deposit within 48 hours. The remaining balance is due at the start of service.
CONFIRM
Example: December requests are accepted October 1–5, with confirmations sent October 7.
If the monthly boarding limit has not been reached following the initial request period, remaining dates may be requested at any time and will be considered as availability allows.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made 15 or more days before service receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 8–14 days before service are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the reservation total.

Cancellations or reservation reductions made within seven days of service are non-refundable, and the full original reservation amount remains due.

No refunds or credits are issued for early returns after service has begun.

If Cascade Creature Care must cancel, all payments will be refunded.
